In around 105 minutes, Helen and Gavin break down the storylines of the week, share opinions, get things wrong, and pick out a Moment of the Week. They are the creative masterminds behind the London!? meme that you've seen that probably wasn't credited to us, the curators of Fred Noises, and they produce a free weekly blog that really deserves to be syndicated.
