The Talk of the Street is a weekly unofficial Coronation Street podcast that has been purposefully ill-informed since 2018. In around 105 minutes, Helen and Gavin break down the storylines of the week, share opinions, get things wrong, and pick out a Moment of the Week. They are the creative masterminds behind the London!? meme that you've seen that probably wasn't credited to us, the curators of Fred Noises, and they produce a free weekly blog that really deserves to be syndicated. They're also very humble.

I wonder if, back in 1960, Tony Warren foresaw the 10,00th episode featured so heavily on people singing on a bus. Who could tell? Daniel and Bethany share an awkward wave and agree the it’s too soon for a relationship. Tim’s Dad is utterly appalling and then cries when he thinks of Tim’s Mum. Maria looks like the scales have fallen from her eyes and she sees Gary for what he is. Nina briefly de-goths, Steve and Tracy might actually love each other, and the 10,000th episode features a LOT of singing in a bus.
