In around 105 minutes, Helen and Gavin break down the storylines of the week, share opinions, get things wrong, and pick out a Moment of the Week. They are the creative masterminds behind the London!? meme that you've seen that probably wasn't credited to us, the curators of Fred Noises, and they produce a free weekly blog that really deserves to be syndicated. They're also very humble.

Nick continues to lie to anything that breathes, the North West Regional Stylists Awards are the only thing anyone can think about, Amy is cooking up an interesting plot with Adam that might make Steve and Tracy wish they’d stayed in Morocco and left Amy in hospital, Sally is making herself useful in prison, and Tim’s Dad continues unabated.
