The Talk of the Street is a weekly unofficial Coronation Street podcast that has been purposefully ill-informed since 2018. In around 105 minutes, Helen and Gavin break down the storylines of the week, share opinions, get things wrong, and pick out a Moment of the Week. They are the creative masterminds behind the London!? meme that you've seen that probably wasn't credited to us, the curators of Fred Noises, and they produce a free weekly blog that really deserves to be syndicated. They're also very humble.

A little bit of a nothing burger on the cobbles this week. Abi manages to pilfer a bottle of morphine out of the hospital and by Peter, but he’s on to her. This immediately causes trouble between Abi and Debbie, because Abi can’t be allowed to be happy for any length of time. Todd’s mysterious re-entry into the Street remains unclear but gives Craig another chance to breach his numerous confidences with his employer to inform Billy and Sean that Todd had previously been found and acquitted. Not even a world famous brunch is enough for Jenny to be impressed by Johnny’s return from France, and Scott is very keen to have a quick word. Daniel sees his creepiness from last week and ups it to double creepiness this week. Paul and Gemma get ready to rhumble. Tim’s Dad hates hoovering.
