The Talk of the Street is a weekly unofficial Coronation Street podcast that has been purposefully ill-informed since 2018. In around 105 minutes, Helen and Gavin break down the storylines of the week, share opinions, get things wrong, and pick out a Moment of the Week. They are the creative masterminds behind the London!? meme that you've seen that probably wasn't credited to us, the curators of Fred Noises, and they produce a free weekly blog that really deserves to be syndicated. They're also very humble.

Corrie is really spoiling us with another good week. This week, thanks to no one in soaps having a clue what to do with their mobile phones, Leanne turns a bit Nick as she attempts to track down the elusive Natalie, who is lucky to get out of Tracy’s cab in one piece and not in Aberdeen, Adam’s dry spell on the street is almost at an end as he and Sarah turn a fairly unethical business relationship into a fairly unethical romantic one, all the while keeping a sulky Gary in the dark, and Ken is a regular misery-guts when he isn’t allowed to watch his documentaries so he soon clashes with the builders renovating next door, but are the builders all that they seem? Meanwhile, Michelle has a proposal for Robert that appears all well and good until we discover that the reason for his frequent and mysterious departures is revealed to have an Irish accent, Tim’s Dad continues to delight no one and a darker side is once again hinted at as he tries to get Yasmeen out of the horsey syndicate, while Sally’s been down the costume shop again and looks to whip Tim up those stairs faster than he can recount an erotic dream with his beloved horse. Elsewhere, Gemma checks with Gary about the likelihood of her four kids coming out ginger, Sinead gets notice of an upcoming hospital appointment that isn’t ominous at all, and Abi hates poetry.

No one even died in the Michigan and Ohio war. The UP was probably a good deal for you guys. I live in the bit Ohio got to keep and it's not exactly picturesque.
